Skilled nurses who are trained specifically to deal with pain and symptom management are available 24 hours a day.
Social Workers
Social workers offer counseling and bereavement services for the whole family. By integrating with the family/patient dynamics, they act as resources for a variety of community services.
Physician
Our physician works with the patient’s physician and is available for pain and symptom management consultations. House calls are made as needed.
Home Health Aides
Home health aides are certified to provide loving care.
Chaplains
Chaplains provide the necessary spiritual support to the patient and the family.
Volunteers
Volunteers provide assistance with letter writing, reading, journaling, shopping, or just being there for the patient.
Medication and Medical Equipment
We provide timely delivery of basic medical equipment, supplies, and medications related to the hospice diagnosis provided by your doctor.
Fast Admission Services
Our process for admitting a patient to our hospice program is simple. Upon your call, a nurse will visit the patient and the family. Information about the program is presented. The nurse will arrange for the start of services upon the patient’s election to hospice services.

  • Live within our geographic boundaries of Los Angeles County, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura County.
  • Have life-threatening illness and seek medical, spiritual, psychological, and personal support
